After completing a six-month apprenticeship with the Salon Owner, Brook, my love for the artistry of hair has only grown! Getting the opportunity to make someone's day brighter and more colorful brings me so much joy and even more love for this job. Nothing makes me happier than the fresh style that walks out of the Salon door! I am so excited to explore more with all my knowledge. A Jack of all trades, I am passionate about many different types of cuts and color! From bold and adventurous to lived in and natural, I am your girl!
BROOK SCHUMACHER
Hair Stylist/ Salon Owner
With over 10 years of experience, I am continually learning and perfecting my practice. My job is my passion. I enjoy seamless color blends and flowing cuts just as much as I enjoy bold, vivid colors and textured styles. With a background in Art, creativity is something I enjoy with all of my heart! Outside of work I have two young children: Emmett (5) and Ivy (2). My husband and I enjoy going to the beach as a family and having new experiences with them. We love seeing the world through their eager eyes.
RACHEL
KAWELMACHER
Nail Technician/ Esthetician/ Hair Stylist
I started my career as a full-service stylist due to my love of making others feel beautiful inside and out! I have a keen eye for detail, and a love for anything aesthetic! Nothing excites me more than replicating your dream hair or nail inspiration and I even get giddy over the perfect lash application. I am a stylist who truly enjoys my job and the people I connect with. When I am not in the salon, you can find me getting my daily dose of adrenaline by skydiving and bungee jumping, or spending quality time with my adorable puppy Ryker!
I have been a CNA for 35 years and a Restorative Assistant for 28 years as well as a Massage Therapist since 2009. I Practice many modalities to help promote the wellbeing of others. My nursing career has allowed me to understand the benefits of Massage Therapy and how it aids healing, removes toxins in the body, mind and spirit, and improves overall health. When I'm not working I am a mom and grandma who loves being active in the outdoors!

I Studied Massage Therapy at COCC, and have been practicing for over 10 years! I Specialize in a number of different modalities that fall under the umbrella of "Therapeutic Massage". These modalities include but are not limited to: MFR, Deep Tissue, and Thai Massage. My goal is to not only get you back to feeling better, but also to have long-term success in your physical and mental health. I was raised in Central Oregon and have created so many memories with my grandparents in Crooked River Ranch. I now have 4 kids, 4 dogs and 3 cats, so it's a very busy life that I lead!
